1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using FinTouch, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use FinTouch for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
FinTouch is an AI-assisted image editing SaaS. Users upload images, add visual annotations and text instructions, and request model-generated edits. Features, supported models, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise. You may not create accounts in bulk, bypass bot protection, evade limits, or share access in a way that harms the service.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in your uploaded content. You grant FinTouch and its service providers a limited license to host, transmit, process, and generate results from that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions required to upload and edit it.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use FinTouch to violate law or third-party rights; create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, or abusive content; infringe intellectual property; bypass safety controls; attack the service; or develop competing systems through unauthorized scraping or extraction.
You must not use FinTouch for non-consensual face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, identity impersonation, sexual content involving any minor, unauthorized use of a person's likeness, fraud, harassment, or automated decisions about people. Financial, investment, trading, medical, or legal advice is not provided.
6. AI results
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to other content. You must review results before use and remain responsible for how you use or publish them. FinTouch does not guarantee that results are unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from all third-party claims.
7. Trials, Credits, and payments
Anonymous users may receive up to three trial runs under the current trial rules. Registration does not create additional free runs. Paid Credits are service usage units deducted according to model cost, not a fixed number of edits. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases, tax calculation, receipts, and payment handling. Monthly Credits expire at the end of their billing period. Credit Pack Credits do not expire with a monthly period while the account and service remain available.
8. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage cancellation and payment methods through the Paddle customer portal. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.
9. Service ownership
FinTouch and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for security risks, abuse, unpaid or negative balances, chargebacks, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms. We will use reasonable judgment and provide notice where appropriate and lawful.
11. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the individual operator in Mainland China, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Contact us first at xuyc08@126.com so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, pricing, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
