Refund and cancellation policy

Clear rules for purchases, renewals, and refunds.

This policy applies to FinTouch monthly subscriptions and one-time Credit Packs. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes payments and approved refunds.

Effective: August 9, 2026Support: xuyc08@126.com

1. Requesting a refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase when the related paid Credits have not been used. Send the account email, purchase date, and transaction reference to xuyc08@126.com. Never send complete payment card details.

2. Used digital services

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, purchases are not refundable after the related Credits have been materially used for model processing. Partial use may reduce the refundable amount.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through the Paddle customer portal before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period, and unused monthly Credits remain available until their scheduled period end unless a refund is approved.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the financial institution. Taxes and currency conversion are handled according to the original transaction and applicable rules.

5. Credit reversal and account balance

When a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback is approved, the corresponding FinTouch Credits are removed. If those Credits were already consumed, the account may show a negative balance and paid model operations may be suspended until the balance is restored.

6. Service failures and duplicate charges

Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, a completed payment that did not add Credits, or a material service failure. We will investigate the account ledger and Paddle transaction record and provide the remedy required by applicable law and this policy.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit non-waivable rights under the consumer laws that apply to you. Where those rights provide a different withdrawal or refund entitlement, the mandatory rule controls.
